Cheetah Print Statement Jacket
I have a coat problem. I currently have six winter coats in my wardrobe and I am always tempted to get more. It's not hard for me to justify it since there are not many statement clothing items you can get away with wearing multiple times a week. I was shopping with my mom at H&M last spring, where I picked up this amazing cheetah print coat.

Tortoiseshell and Turtleneck
The winter chill is back here in Chicago. I am so excited that it's cold again because I get to pull out my favorite sweaters and coats. Chicago is truly magical in the winter. I love being all bundled and warm walking down the city streets that are already decorated with Christmas lights. Although I have to dress warm for this weather, that does not mean that it has to be bulky. Here is one of my favorite outfits for the start of winter that is warm but still stylish.

Around this time, I start reading my favorite bloggers' gift guides, trying to find the best things to get for my friends and family. Now, that I have a blog of my own I am so excited to share with you my favorite gifts for this holiday season.

Running Errands: My Favorite Oversized Button Down
I love throwing on a pair of leggings and a sweatshirt as much as the next person when running errands, but sometimes I wanna be cute as well as comfortable. This shirt has been my favorite thing to put on when I am about to head to Target or the grocery store.

College Apartment Tour: Living Room
When I was younger, I always dreamed of having an apartment in Chicago, and my sophomore year in college, that dream finally became a reality. I have lived in my apartment for almost two years now, and it seems as though I have been living here forever.
When I started collecting items for my apartment my freshman year, I knew that I wanted it to be bright and fun, and similar to a Kate Spade store. I would buy little things at a time, and eventually when I moved in, everything came together so perfectly. I am extremely fortunate to live in such beautiful apartment in such a beautiful building.

Fall Florals
How fun is this top?! I am so happy I found this tunic because I have never seen anything like it before. Whenever I see unique pieces like this when shopping, I always buy them. On the hanger, clothes can sometimes look intimidating. When I am shopping with friends they say, "Oh I could never wear that," or "I could never pull that off, you could though!". I think a lot of women are scared of stepping out of their comfort-zone when it comes to shopping, but whenever I see something fun and different I always reach for it and try it on.

Traveling Light
As much as I love carrying a big bag that can carry everything and anything my heart desires, it is sometimes better or necessary to travel lightly. When going out for dinner or drinks with friends, it is best to just grab a clutch that can just carry your keys, wallet, phone, and lipstick (the essentials).
Although clutches are smaller than your average handbag, they are great way to add color and personality into your outfit. In this post I am going to show you a few of my favorite clutches, along with ones that I have been loving and want to add to my collection!

Dressed Up Patchwork Denim
This fall in Chicago, it has been far warmer than usual. Since some days are feeling like its still summer, I decided to dress a little more summer-y to take advantage of the warm climate before it starts to get cold.
One of the things I have been loving this year is patchwork denim. It is a fresh update to a timeless wardrobe piece. I typically wear these jeans dressed-down, but I decided to do a less casual look this day. This blouse from The GAP is a great fit, and I tucked in one side to give it a little flair that is similar to the high-low cut at the bottom of the jeans.
